I can make my pictures smaller with Photobucket!!! I'm happy, and I have trouble typing with gloves on (gotta love the midwest).

This is one big experiment. It's the first final thing that I've done in a new style I'm planning on using for the comics I may or may not get off my lazy butt and do. I'm also trying to shade with pen and ink instead of pencil. Anywho tell me whatcha think.

Wow, it's so cute! But it's a bit too small for me. (I must have bad eyes XP) I like the shading technique. ^_^

Since it's so small, your pen shading looks nice, but irl, I bet, it doesn't look that good up close. x3; My guess is that you should use crosshatching that's closer together or something, to make it more shadowing? D: I wouldn't know, though. All this is just from my manga experience. o3o; I phail epically at pen in general, so...yes. xD; I do think it could turn out to be such a cool effect, from what I've seen (unless those things I've seen in manga are just tones and not pen shading.... DDD': ), so I think you should keep going at it. o3o

I know, I just clicked dimensions in the main resize and didn't know they had something in the editer.

I was trying to use closer lines for darker areas to show some depth.

I think they use both depending on the author and how much technology is at his/her disposal.

The fingers make it hard to work with, but now I've got the hobo gloves from my gym locker to use.
